The care plan builder runs in your browser. The details you type are processed locally and are not sent to our servers unless you create an account or explicitly save a plan.

Do not enter real, identifiable patient information (PHI). Use initials or fictional data. This is a study tool, not a clinical record system.

Accounts: if you subscribe, we store your email and plan to provide the service. Analytics: privacy-friendly, cookieless. We do not sell your data.
